Business Feedback Form
We want to see how Inclusive Initiative-trained businesses and organizations are doing when it comes to putting their neurodiversity training skills to the test! We'd also love to hear about your experiences with businesses that may not be trained yet so that we can either commend them or invite them to our training to become more aware and to do better. This will be anonymous even though e-mail is required. We will not follow up with you unless you ask us to in the message area of the text. But we WILL follow up with the business and promise to keep your information anonymous.
**Please note that if spreading positivity about a business, we may publicly acknowledge them for getting a positive feedback note but as mentioned, will never share any personal information. If you attach photos, you are letting us know that you would like us to share your photos and experience on social media and we will likely be reaching out to confirm!**
